Join us at Bellwether Wines in the Coonawarra for a Sunday by the fire, as we cook up some delicious Malone lamb, from our friends at Wrattonbully.

Start the day with a ‘Choripan’ (Argentine chorizo in a crusty bun), followed by Cordero a la cruz’ (lamb on a cross). Whole Malone lambs will be slowly cooked over coals for more than 8 hours, and carefully turned at the last moment to ensure a golden, crispy finish. Accompanied by side salads, and beautiful Bellwether wines (available to purchase). All in the surrounds of ancient eucalyptus trees, at the beautiful 150 year old Glen Roy Shearing Shed.
